Sister Cassidy Pyper grew up in Orem, Utah, but Idaho has completely stolen her heart. She has lived in the state for a total of eight years, including her time at BYU–Idaho, and has spent the last five years in the Treasure Valley. She served in the Tennessee Nashville Mission and loves the southern way! She has been teaching seminary and institute for nine years and has a MA in Religious Education from BYU.
Cassidy and her husband, Ryan, have a blended family with one energetic 10‑year‑old son and a precious angel daughter who would be three. Outside the classroom, she’s a Boise foodie, a National Park chaser, and a creative at heart.
Above all, Cassidy loves the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is the best part of her life and the reason she teaches!
